We started the development of high-technology instruments from the beginning when our laboratory was initialized and set up. We started with the instrumentation of the scanning tunneling microscope (STM) since the PI was trained during his PhD student period. Our laboratory was established in Sep 2003. Around 2008, we started academia-industry collaboration projects and set up cooperation with several companies to make and export high-technology instruments. We welcome any cooperation through formal collaboration between academia and industry.
